Shipping

We will send an order confirmation on placement of your order which also confirms that we have received your order. If you don’t receive an order confirmation please make sure you have properly completed the payment process.

You will also receive an email from us with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

For shipping within Australia we use Australia Post.

Standard – $10

Express – $15

Delivery Time

Australian orders are fulfilled through Australia Post. Depending on the destination state the estimated shipment time for Standard Post is 2 – 11 business days and 1 – 5 business days for Express Post.

Please note that shipment times are not guaranteed by Active Serums or Australia Post. We are not responsible for any delays not resulting from an error our end.

Once Australia Post has marked a delivery as “Delivered”, Active Serums is no longer responsible for that order.

International Shipping
