Cancellations

Active Serums will accept order cancellations within 6 hours by email to info@activeserums.com.au


Refund Policy

Incorrect or faulty products

If you have been sent an incorrect or faulty product, Active Serums will accept the return of that product.

Steps to follow:

  • Provide proof of purchase (order receipt).
  • Email a photo of the product to info@activeserums.com.au
  • We will then contact you.


Lost packages

If your shipment has been lost or damaged, Active Serums is not responsible for return or the reimbursement of that package.

Tracking enquiries for a package that has not arrived must be made within 21 days of placing your order.


Damaged in transit

If your products have been damaged in transit, here are the steps to follow:

  • Provide proof of purchase (order receipt).
  • Email a photo of the product to activeserums.com.au within 7 days of the shipment.
  • We will then contact you.


Other

Due to hygiene reasons, skincare/beauty products cannot be returned if used, unless the product is faulty.

Exchanges can be made for unopened and undamaged products but please note that it is your responsibility to pay for the postage charges to exchange the product.

Items purchased during sale promotions are not eligible for return.

Active Serums are not responsible for adverse effects by products sold through the Website.
